Should you require samples of a USB stick from our assortment, you can order them in the online shop. The USB stick samples are dummies, i.e. you only get the casing without the memory chip. Please take into consideration that the dummies are not manufactured with the same high-grade quality as the USB sticks with memory are. The USB stick dummies are free of charge. Your merely need to pay the costs for shipping and handling, which amount to € 5.50 plus VAT. Please understand that not all USB sticks are in stock as dummies. Should the requested sample not be available in the colour or form in which it was ordered, we will forward it to you as soon as possible or we will contact you to find an alternative solution.

Unfortunately, we do not have all USB stick models in stock with all memory sizes. Should you like a sample with memory which is not in stock, there is a delivery period of approx. 10-14 work days for this test sample. These USB stick test samples are subject to costs. You can find the prices for these in our price list. A scale of 25 applies here depending on the memory size. Please take into consideration that these test samples are WITHOUT PRINT / ENGRAVING. To order a sample, please send us an email to info@xsimpress.com. When ordering, please inform us of the invoice and delivery address as well as of which product, which colour and the requested memory size of the USB stick.

As a special service, we offer our customers the possibility of having a print preview created. This print preview will give you an idea of how your logo will ultimately look printed or engraved on the selected USB stick. Should you like to make use of this service, please send us an email with your logo/brand name and inform us of the colour and whether you would like printing or engraving on the USB stick to info@xsimpress.com. Within 48 hours we will send you a .jpg file with your print preview.

There is the possibility of creating a preliminary print sample before you place your order. This costs € 29 plus VAT. The delivery time is approx. 10 - 14 work days. This preliminary print sample is processed in the same matter as an order with order confirmation and print preview. Should you like a USB stick preliminary print sample, please send us an email with your logo as well as invoice and delivery address to info@xsimpress.com. When doing so, please do not forget to inform us of which USB stick, which colour and which memory capacity the USB stick should have.

We print our USB sticks in a pad printing process in pantone colours. Pad printing is like stamp printing, therefore colour gradients and shading cannot be printed. There is the possibility of determining and using four freely chosen pantone colours for pad printing. Should you not indicate any pantone colours for your logo or brand name, we will determine the colour ourselves based on your logo.

In the case of offset printing, everything can be printed whether shading or colour gradients. You only need to consider that the printing surface of the USB stick is very small; therefore, large pictures with many colour gradients and shading cannot be printed.

An engraving is a laser engraving, that means your logo is lasered into the metal. Laser engraving cannot be engraved in colour. It is possible in the case of some USB sticks that the engraving has a gold-yellowish shine; this has to do with the metal which we use.

Only wooden or leather USB sticks can be embossed. Embossing means your logo is embossed/stamped into the material, this means an impression can be seen.

The logo which is to be printed/engraved/embossed on the desired USB stick is required in the file format eps, tif, jpg, pdf or ai. Please take into account that it must be a vectorised file, i.e. at least 300dpiand 10x10cm in size. Unfortunately, shading and colour gradients cannot be printed when using the pad printing process, only in the case of offset printing which costs extra. Should we have to rework your logo because an incorrect file format such as word, excel, etc. was sent to us or other colours were requested, a service charge amounting to € 49 per logo/brand name will apply.
We print in pantone colour shades; should you have this colour information in pantone for your print logo, please send it to us with your order.

An up to two coloured print (2 saturated colours, no colour grading) or a laser engraving (only for USB sticks with metal surfaces) are included in our prices.

After receiving the logo, we will send you your print preview as well as order confirmation to your email account within 24 hours. You must then confirm this print preview in writing. Please check that all information in the order confirmation as well as the print preview is correct. After print approval has been given, alterations can no longer be made for your order. Print approval must be given within two work days! Your order does not go into production until the print preview has been confirmed. After that we have a delivery time of approx. 2-3 weeks.

Most of the USB sticks have the USB connector underneath the cap. In the case of our USB pens, the connector is in the middle of the pen. This can be twisted open and the connector appears.

We deliver as of an order quantity of 25 pcs. with print or engraving. Orders for less than 25 pcs. can also be delivered however, without print or engraving. The prices are then the same as in the scale of 25 in our price list.

Our delivery time is approx. 14 work days after print approval. Please observe that delivery times cannot be guaranteed because we import our merchandise straight from the Far East. Sometimes USB sticks can be tied up at customs for the purpose of inspection. This can prolong the delivery time by approx. 5-10 days. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this situation.

All prices are current prices plus 19% VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices due to price fluctuations on the "NAND flash memory" market at any time.

We also offer you the special service of pre-storing data on the USB sticks you order. You can find the prices for this under Accessories.

As a standard, our USB sticks are delivered in individual plastic bags (only USB stick without accessories). Should you also order gift boxes or carrying straps, the carrying straps are attached to the USB sticks or the boxes are pre-assembled. There is no charge for the pre-assembling of the boxes. This is our service to you.

For prepayment, you will receive a pro forma invoice after ordering. Based on the invoice, the total amount (unless otherwise stipulated) must be paid in advance. The merchandise goes into production before payment right after print approval however, it cannot be sent to you until payment has been received. The prepayment method is not based on our distrusting our customers. We also have to pay our suppliers in the Far East in advance.

Please make sure that all numbers are entered correctly. Should a mistake occur, the order cannot be transmitted to us.

1. After you have selected giropay as a payment method in the online shop, you are asked to enter your bank's identification code.
2. You are then transferred to the secured login page of your bank.
3. On the login page you log in using your account number and PIN.
4. After a successful login the familiar remittance slip appears in which all required information for the remittance has already been entered.
5. Payment is concluded by entering a TAN. Instead of the TAN, you can also use alternative legitimation parameters used by your bank (iTan, mTAN, SmartTAN ...).
6. Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation on the next page regarding the successful execution of the bank transfer. At the same time, the dealer automatically receives a payment confirmation and can then process your order.
7. In a final step, you must conclude the giropay bank transfer and are then led back to the page of our online shop.

During all steps of the giropay bank transfer, you are on your bank's server, which you can track based on the indicated URL in the address bar of your browser. There you will find "https://giropay.your- bank.de", whereas "your-bank" is substitutional for the name of your bank or savings bank. The certificate, which you can access via the lock symbol in the lower taskbar of your browser, confirms the correctness of the address and the certificate owner. The address as well as the lock symbol confirms a secure SSL (128bit) as you are accustomed to from your online banking.

Furthermore, giropay is the only online remittance for payments on the Internet authorised by German banks. Contrary to other suppliers, the entering of the PIN and TAN is solely carried out on the participating bank's or savings bank's website. Therefore, giropay accommodates all safety-related and legal requirements.

Our costs for shipping and handling amount to a lump-sum of € 19.50 for up to 31.5kg to Germany. Our costs for shipping and handling include the freight charges from the Far East to Germany as well as from Germany to the customer. Please observe that our shipment from the Far East to Germany is express shipment. We do not calculate these costs to the individual USB sticks but rather list the costs for shipping and handling separately.

Should the USB sticks be defective, please send us an email with photos of the defect as well as a precise description of faults to info@xsimpress.com. We will contact you Immediately after receiving your complaint and work out suggestions for a solution. Please observe that we must send the defective USB sticks back to the Far East to have them replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement also has a delivery time of approx. 10-14 work days.

You have a 1 year warranty on the purchased USB sticks.

Due to the new EAR law, which was enforced as of 01/01/2008, all USB sticks which are sold must be provided with a corporate characteristic. This corporate characteristic serves the purpose of always being informed of who the manufacturer is. Because this company logo is registered at the patent office, the source information of the USB stick can be determined using the logo. All USB sticks are inspected in the Far East in the production in regard to completeness as well as malfunctions of the memory and then shipped. During production, the USB sticks are provided with stickers, which indicate the memory. These stickers can be removed if necessary.
